2. Our Services (What we provide)
We provide agri-food export training, online/offline events, learning content, templates/tools, mentoring/consulting information, and related support. Any timelines, outcomes, market results, or export orders depend on multiple external factors (buyer, compliance, logistics, pricing, regulations, etc.) and are not guaranteed.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use the services only with parent/guardian supervision.
4. Accounts, Registrations & Communication
When you fill any form or register, you agree to provide accurate details (name, WhatsApp number, email if provided, city/district, commodity, etc.). You agree that we may contact you for service delivery, updates, reminders, and support (you can opt out of non-essential marketing anytime).
5. Pricing, Payments & Razorpay
Payments are processed via Razorpay or other listed payment modes on the checkout page. You agree to pay the displayed fees applicable to your purchase. As a general payment-gateway requirement, websites should display clear Terms + Refund/Return policy and grievance contact.
6. Delivery of Digital Products / Event Access
- Course access details (login, link, or delivery) will be shared by email/WhatsApp/SMS as applicable.
- For live webinars/events, joining links and instructions are typically sent before the session.
- You are responsible for your internet/device readiness.
7. User Conduct (What you must not do)
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, redistribute, record, or share paid content (videos, PDFs, templates, links) without written permission.
- Misuse the platform, attempt hacking, spam, or submit false information.
- Use our content/brand in a misleading way.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and inside courses (videos, PDFs, templates, graphics, brand assets) belongs to FFIAD or licensed partners. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own learning/business setup, not for resale or republication.

We may link to third-party websites (Razorpay, YouTube, Google forms/tools, social media, etc.). Their terms/policies apply to your use.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFIAD will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, missed shipment, buyer disputes, etc.) arising from use of our content or services.
