A) Live Webinars / Online Events (paid registrations)
- Cancellation by customer: Refund allowed if request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- No-show / late cancellation (within 24 hours): No refund (because seat + arrangements are blocked).
- If event is postponed by FFIAD: You can choose (i) attend the rescheduled date, or (ii) request refund within 7 days of the postponement message.
- If event is cancelled by FFIAD: Full refund will be initiated.
B) Recorded Courses / Digital Products
- If a course is not accessed/started, refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- If the course is accessed, refund eligibility may be denied (because digital content delivery is immediate).
- Any proven technical issue from our side (no access even after support) will be resolved or refunded as appropriate.
C) Memberships / Bundles
- Membership refunds are generally not available after activation (because benefits/resources/community access are enabled).
- If there is a duplicate payment or billing error, we will correct/refund after verification.
D) Exposure Visits / Buyer-Seller Meetings / Physical Events
Refunds depend on vendor bookings and logistics. Exact cancellation timelines will be mentioned on the specific event page/registration page. Where not mentioned, the above webinar rule applies by default.
E) Refund Processing Timeline & Method
- Approved refunds are initiated by FFIAD, and are routed to the same payment method used in the transaction.
- Typical processing time: 5–10 working days (can vary by bank/payment method).
F) How to Request a Refund
Send a message with:
- Full Name, WhatsApp number, Email (if any)
- Order ID / payment reference
- Course/Event name
- Reason for request
